SERVICES
Short Breaks & Holidays
The Hub provide short breaks consisting of either one-to-one supported overnight stays or larger group holidays in premium accommodation. These type of breaks create life long memories and present the chance for personal growth.
Day Service - The Hub
The Hub host day services that are open Monday to Friday 9AM till 3PM. Experience an exciting and diverse range of activities, make friends and explore each day with our epic support team at "The Hub" in Hackenthorpe S12.
Community Support
We offer one-to-one shifts out and about in the community 7 days a week. This could be support to attend a wide variety of activities or clubs, develop self-confidence and help empower our service users to take on new challenges.

Booking
We use an online booking system to allow our service users to browse and book any of our short breaks, holidays and trips that we have planned. Each event will provide details of the location, date, time, spaces available, price and what to expect from the whole trip.

The Hub S12 team is the real reason that sets us apart from other service providers. The high level of support we can give to all of our service users is because every single team member brings something different to the company, this enables us to provide the quality standard of care that we have become known for on a consistent basis. However long each client may have support with us throughout the week, our team's aim is to make that time the best part of the week for them.

Online support group
We have an online support group for service users, staff, family and friends all in one place to share updates, chat and is a positive place for everyone to connect outside of the care you receive. The group is monitored around the clock by the team.
